Dr Trottier-Boucher grew up in a french speaking family on the south shore of Montreal, Quebec. She completed her MD degree at Université de Montréal and her residency program in General Pediatrics at Hôpital Sainte-Justine, Montréal. She felt in love with the West Coast after giving a presentation at a medical conference in Vancouver in 2014 and tried to find an excuse to move there since ! She made the big jump in fall 2017 and moved to Victoria with her partner. They both got very quickly fond of the beauty of Vancouver Island. She was very happy to join Grow Health practice in the spring of 2018.

In addition to office practice, she has a busy hospital practice and teaches with the University of British Columbia and University of Victoria training the next generation of young physicians

When not at work, she likes spending her time cooking, playing violin, cuddling her two big cats and being outside !
