If you're finding postpartum more overwhelming, exhausting, or heavier than you expected—even when everything is going just fine—this group might be for you.
If you're in the first year postpartum, consider joining this virtual 6-week postpartum group medical visit series. This group covers recovery, feeding, sleep, relationships, and the mental load of new parenthood, with lots of time for questions and connection with peers. All sessions are run virtually via zoom and babies are welcome to join, no childcare needed to attend!
The group is led by Dr. Pip Houghton, a family physician with extra training in perinatal health and a passion for holding space for in-depth, compassionate conversations around early parenthood, mental health and being human in a modern world.
For BC residents, the program is covered by MSP. Military members are also welcome to attend.
