Grow Labour and Delivery Talks

Are you worried about your upcoming Labour and Birth?

Do you have questions and would like to spend some extra time with one of our Grow doctors learning more about Labour and Birth?

If so, we invite you to join us for one of our Labour and Delivery group medical visits. You will join one of our Grow Doctors and about 10-12 other women (partners are welcome too!) to discuss your concerns about your upcoming labour and birth. We recommend you plan on attending a group when you are between 32 and 36 weeks pregnant, although you are welcome to participate at any stage of your pregnancy.

The groups are held about once a month at our office in the evening.

Please call our office to book a spot. These groups do fill up, so be sure to book well in advance. We also ask that you only attend one group so that there is room for everyone to attend one if they like.
