New Patients

Family Practice: We regret our family practice is now closed to new patients.  

Pediatric patients: All patients needing to see Dr. Maria Kang or Dr. Janice Manthorne must be referred by a physician.  If you feel you need to be seen by one of our pediatricians please see your family doctor or a walk in clinic if you do not have a family doctor. 

Pregnancy: We are still accepting maternity (pregnant) patients. Please call our office to book an appointment. Please watch the First Prenatal Videos from the link below and bring your completed Pregnant Patient Form to your first appointment.
